Northwest Light and Sound accepts cash, personal and company checks and most major credit cards. All phone ordered credit card purchases must be verified and shipped to the billing address of the card. Feel free to fax or e-mail your credit card information with your shipping address. These precautions are necessary to ensure the safety of your credit card transactions. Orders payed by check will be held until the funds clear our bank.

Returns of In-Stock items will incure a 15% re-stocking fee. No returns allowed for Special Order items.
